Membership in the Shenandoah Homeowners' Association is voluntary and open to all residents. New residents are automatically members from the day they move in until the following dues payment date.
Dues are only $20 per year and are due no later than Mar 31 each year.
Most of this website is viewable by the public without registering on the site. Shenandoah residents who register on the site have access to more pages. If a resident is also a paid member of the Association (or a new resident) they can view still more pages and make use of other features of the website.
To be an Association board member, you must have paid your dues for the year of your election. You must also maintain your status as a paid member to retain your board position.
Social activities are open to all residents. If you come to an event, no one will check your membership, but the membership fees are what make these events possible, so please, join and enjoy.
