Is there a process to submit questions for consideration at this meeting? If it is not appropriate to submit questions for this meeting, is there a process to submit questions for consideration at the board meetings?

Here is the process on questions for the agenda: If anyone would like to have a question on the HOA General Business Meeting agenda they need to have the question in legible writing with Name(s), Address, Contact information. Everything needs to be in the PO Box 1 by July 2nd.
