I am a very responsible 16 year old female with realiable transportation living in the Shenandoah development. I am available to babysit most evenings, as well as weekends.

New Shenandoah Entrance Sign

The new sign will be coming soon! The construction for the new sign will begin at the end of August or beginning of September. Please take care when driving by the sign workers.

The Homeowners' Association will be paying a portion of the cost, and the majority of the cost will be paid by the residents of the Shenandoah Neighborhood. This is a one-time assessment for replacement of a sign that has been in place for many years.

Please send $35 to Paul Patten, 2779 Seneca Drive as soon as possible.
Checks can be made out to the Shenandoah Homeowners' Association.

Reminder calls will be made to residents who have not contributed.
